By participating in the X-Streamify “Early Access or Founding Member” program, you agree to these “Terms of Service”.
Participation is limited to individuals who are at least 18 years of age.
The Early Access program allows users to reserve a Founding Member position before public launch.
A Founding Member spot is reserved only after successful payment of the required reservation deposit.
The $49 reservation payment is non-refundable and secures a Founding Member position subject to these Terms.
Founding Member participation is limited to the number of spots advertised by X-Streamify.
Final tier selection and pricing will be disclosed as part of the Founding Member offer and launch process.
By making the reservation payment, you authorize X-Streamify to charge the remaining balance due for the selected Founding Member tier when the platform launches, subject to prior notification.
Customers are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method capable of processing future charges.
If payment of the remaining balance cannot be successfully processed, access may be delayed, denied, canceled, or reassigned at X-Streamify's discretion.
X-Streamify does not guarantee any specific launch date.
Launch schedules may change due to development, technical, legal, operational, or business considerations.
Platform access will not be granted until the remaining balance due has been successfully paid.
Users may be required to create an account, profiles, and related information when the platform becomes available.
Founding Member benefits are limited to those specifically described by X-Streamify and may evolve over time.
Founding Member reservations are personal, non-transferable, and may not be sold, assigned, gifted, or transferred without prior written consent from X-Streamify.
The reservation deposit is non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
Participants agree to receive launch updates, service notifications, payment notices, and related communications.
Users are responsible for providing accurate information and maintaining the security of their accounts.
Users may not misuse the website, reservation system, payment process, or future platform services.
All X-Streamify names, logos, branding, content, software, and related materials remain the property of X-Streamify.
The Early Access program and future platform are provided on an 'as available' and 'as is' basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.
X-Streamify shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from participation in the Early Access or Founding Member programs.
X-Streamify may update these Terms from time to time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
X-Streamify reserves the right to suspend, cancel, or terminate participation for violations of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
